Board-Certified Behavior Analyst

Caliber Kids ABA | Maryland | Part-time, with room to grow
Pay: $70–85 per hour, based on experience

The short version
We’re a new ABA practice building it right. Our first clients are coming, and we want a BCBA who’ll be the clinical face of CKA from the first family meeting. You’ll start part-time while we finish the foundations, and you’ll grow with us.

What you’ll do

• Meet new families and run initial assessments, in person when needed and by telehealth when it fits
• Be the clinical voice families first hear from, and help them feel at ease from day one
• Write treatment plans and deliver strong day-to-day clinical care
• Grow into a lead role as CKA grows: supervising, training, and helping us hire our team

What this role is (and isn’t)
We haven’t started taking clients yet. Our QA lead is handling the early clinical setup, and we’re working through credentialing with payers. You’ll start with a lighter schedule, and hours grow as clients come on. We’re hiring now so you’re credentialed and ready when families are, instead of keeping them waiting.

You’ll thrive here if you:

• Are a BCBA in good standing, or hold (or can get) a Maryland behavior analyst license
• Enjoy parent-facing work like intakes, assessments, and first meetings
• Are comfortable with hybrid or mostly telehealth work
• Are comfortable in a start-up environment, where things are still taking shape and you’ll roll with changes
• Have experience in early intervention, in-home ABA, or both (preferred)
