• Work in center Monday through Friday, 7:45:00 AM – 4:15 PM
• In-home or in-school supervision between 4:30 PM and 6:30 PM may occasionally be required, depending on client needs, within 10 miles of the center.

You Focus on Clinical Work – We Handle the Admin work

• No administrative burden: You won't manage staff scheduling, handle HR tasks, or chase insurance companies. Our full-time office manager handles these responsibilities.
• Focus on clinical excellence: Conduct assessments, develop and oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs, analyze clinical data, and provide parent training.
• Manageable caseload: 7–8 full-time clients.
• Clinical support: Practicum students and interns may assist with appropriate tasks under your supervision, consistent with applicable supervision requirements.
• Predictable schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends or on-call duties.

• Work with a full-time office manager who handles scheduling, intake coordination, routine insurance follow-up, parent communication, and other administrative tasks.
• All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office - for this, you may have to travel to Houston for 1 week. SOS will cover your round-trip airfare and accommodation for the required training.

• Salary $90,000-$100,000 (depending on experience)
