Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Brightsteps ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team in Georgia. This role focuses on providing high-quality ABA services with strong clinical and administrative support in place.

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting FBAs and skill assessments
• Developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans
• Supervising and supporting RBTs
• Analyzing clinical data and adjusting programs as needed
• Collaborating with families and interdisciplinary providers
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• BCBA certification required
• Georgia BCBA licensure or willingness to pursue licensure
• Experience conducting assessments and developing individualized ABA treatment plans
• Experience supervising and training RBTs or other clinical staff
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, data-driven decision making, and ethical practice
• Familiarity with data collection and documentation systems (CentralReach preferred)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
