Board-Certified Behavior Analyst- NC

Remote BCBA

Work arrangement: Remote, full-time or part-time, depending on organizational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other appropriate behavioral assessments.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide remote clinical supervision, training, and performance feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians.
• Train parents and caregivers to implement evidence-based strategies in home and community settings.
• Review behavioral data, evaluate progress, and modify interventions as clinically indicated.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress reports.
• Collaborate with families, educators, healthcare providers, and other professionals.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards, applicable state licensure requirements, HIPAA, and payer policies.

Required qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Master's degree or higher meeting applicable certification requirements.
• Active North Carolina behavior analyst license and active NPI.
• Experience in ABA assessment, treatment planning, staff supervision, and caregiver training.
• Strong written communication, organization, data analysis, and telehealth skills.
