Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated certified BCBA to join our new team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities with an active NC License and NPI. As an ABA Therapist, you will be responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles to promote positive behavioral changes and enhance the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement behavioral therapy techniques to help clients in achieving their goals.
• Collect and analyze data on client progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Monitor client behavior and adjust strategies as necessary to promote success.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and any changes in behavior.

Requirements

• Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• Background in behavioral health or related fields preferred.
• Ability to conduct patient assessments and collect relevant data effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to interact with clients, families, and team members.
• Compassionate approach towards patient care with a focus on promoting independence and skill development.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
