Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care across all ages, including pediatrics, adults, and seniors.

• Perform physical exams, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate referrals with specialists.

• Utilize EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, and eClinicalWorks for documentation, coding, and billing.

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations, interpret lab and imaging results, and educate patients on health topics.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and infection control best practices.
