Board Certified Physicians

Project: Licensed & Board-Certified Physicians

Location: Remote (United States)

Commitment: Flexible project-based engagement (10–20 hours/week)

Project Overview:

We are looking for MD/DO , US-based licensed, board-certified physicians to review clinical reasoning tasks created from sample, de-identified longitudinal EHR records. All work will be completed within our secure annotation platform, with no connection to an external EHR system required.

The quality and depth of clinical reasoning are particularly important for this project. Reviewers will be expected to carefully examine the supporting records, assess medical accuracy, and provide clear clinical justification rather than approach the work as a rapid labeling exercise.

Preferred Specialties: Internal Medicine, Orthopedics, Urology.

Key Responsibilities

For each assigned case, reviewers will:

• Review the clinical vignette against the supporting EHR record.
• Identify inaccurate, unsupported, or missing clinical information.
• Assess whether the proposed answer is medically correct, specific, and gradable.
• Evaluate whether the alternative answer is a reasonable but incorrect choice.
• Review the clinical reasoning for logical gaps, contradictions, or unsupported information.
• Document findings, confidence, and clear clinical justification.
• Flag cases that may require another specialty or senior adjudication.
• Participate in initial calibration and complete reviews independently.
