Board Director

The RWAV Nominations and Remuneration Committee, on behalf of the RWAV Board, is seeking expressions of interest from eligible and suitably qualified applicants to fill a Director position on the RWAV Board becoming vacant in November 2026 for a three-year term.

RWAV Board directorships offer a valuable opportunity to contribute to a progressive and forward-thinking organisation, influence RWAV’s future direction, engage with passionate Directors, staff, health sector and other stakeholders, and contribute to shaping and improving health workforce outcomes for the communities RWAV serves.

The Board meets six times a year with the majority of meetings via MS Teams and at least two in person meetings (that will require travel to Melbourne and/or a regional location). Directors are also expected to contribute to the work of Board Committees, with a minimum of four Committee meetings to attend annually, along with some additional attendances as required.

• A one-page cover letter outlining your suitability for the position, including details of how your skills, experience, and expertise align with the specific attributes sought by the Board.
• A completed and signed Director EOI Form; and
• A current CV (maximum of 5 pages).
