Responsibilities

• Read and interpret detailed schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide assembly processes.
• Fabricate and assemble boat components using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and machining techniques.
• Conduct fabrication tasks involving cutting, shaping, drilling, and fitting materials according to project requirements.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to transport raw materials and finished products within the facility.
• Read schematics thoroughly to troubleshoot issues during assembly or fabrication stages.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members on assembly line processes to meet production deadlines efficiently.
• Support warehouse operations by managing inventory of parts, tools, and materials necessary for boat construction.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing or assembly environments.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, machining tools, and soldering stations.
• Expertise in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
• Skilled in fabricating parts through cutting, shaping, drilling, welding, and machining techniques.
• Experience operating forklifts safely within a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and follow detailed instructions precisely.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations including inventory management and material handling.
• Strong attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills during assembly or troubleshooting processes.
