Fourwinds Lakeside Inn & Marina (est. 1976) is a premier waterfront destination located on Lake Monroe in Bloomington, IN. Renowned for its lakeside lodging, full-service marina, and relaxed dining and entertainment, Fourwinds offers guests a complete lakefront experience. Responsibilities

• Boat Rental Dock Attendant
• Maintains clean, presentable rental boats and dock areas.
• Performs weekly safety checks on boats and equipment.
• Instructs guests on safe boat operation, onboard amenities, and required safety procedures.
• Gas Dock Coverage
• Assists boaters with docking for fuel, pump-outs, and gift shop visits.
• Guides vessels safely in and out of the dock to prevent congestion.
• Keeps fuel hoses properly stored and maintains a clean, organized, and safe gas dock.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, climb, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Must possess or obtain a Boater’s license.
• Must be able to swim.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays, and willing to work 20–40 hours per week.

Salary Description
