Camp Watchaug located in Charlestown, RI is a summer day camp operated by the Ocean Community YMCA. With direct access to Watchaug Pond, we provide an impactful summer experience to youths in our community.
The Boating Specialist Will
- Implement all boating programs as assigned by the Waterfront Director
- Ensure safety protocols for all campers
- Work with entire camp team to ensure a positive experience for campers
- Be available Monday-Friday all summer (8:30am-4:00pm)
Qualifications Include
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Have 1-3 years experience with camp and or aquatics activities
- Hold a current RI non-surf or surf lifeguarding certification
- Hold a current safe boating certification
