Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service throughout their visit
• Process retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Prepare non-alcoholic beverages with precision, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Handle cash and process cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling records
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and beverage stations according to food safety standards
• Assist with food handling and food preparation tasks as needed in a fast-paced environment
• Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods while adhering to food safety protocols

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or café environments is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele
• Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and transaction processing
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Experience as a barista or in beverage service enhances suitability for this role
• Excellent time management skills to balance multiple tasks efficiently at once

Pay: $32.97 - $39.71 per hour
