We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Bobcat/JCB/Mini Excavator Operators to join us and ready.
In this role, you will safely operate skid-steer loaders and compact machinery to perform excavation, grading, material handling, and site preparation across various construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have local experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain equipment to high standards.Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate Bobcats, skid-steers, and related attachments to dig, level, grade, backfill, and move earth, gravel, or debris.
• Site Preparation: Clear construction sites, prep ground surfaces for paving or landscaping, and assist ground crews with manual tasks when machinery is not in active use.
• Inspections & Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-operation inspections (checking fluids, tires, hydraulics, and safety links) and perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance.
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to site Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols, wear appropriate PPE, and report any site hazards or equipment defects immediately.
• Team Coordination: Follow verbal and written instructions from site foremen or engineers, read basic site layouts, and maintain a daily log of work completed and fuel usage.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience operating Bobcat/skid-steer machinery, preferably within Qatar or the GCC region.
• Licensing: Must possess a valid UAE Heavy Equipment Operator License or a valid UAE Driving License certified for this class of machinery.
• Skills: Strong spatial awareness, basic mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot minor equipment issues, and the ability to work collaboratively with ground ground crews.
• Physical Fitness: High stamina to work productively in demanding outdoor weather conditions and during extended shifts.
• Language: Basic conversational English or Arabic is required to understand site safety briefings and supervisor instructions.

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
