Bobcat Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Bobcat Operator to join our construction team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for safely operating Bobcat/Skid Steer equipment for loading, material movement, site cleaning, grading, backfilling, and other construction-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Operate Bobcat / Skid Steer Loader safely and efficiently.

* Load, move, and transport construction materials within the site.

* Carry out excavation, backfilling, grading, and leveling works as required.

* Remove debris and support general site-cleaning activities.

* Assist with material handling in restricted or narrow site areas.

* Conduct daily equipment inspections before operation.

* Report any mechanical problems, damage, or maintenance requirements immediately.

* Follow site instructions from the Foreman, Site Engineer, or Construction Manager.

* Comply with all company HSE and site safety procedures.

* Maintain the equipment in clean and proper working condition.

* Avoid damage to surrounding structures, utilities, materials, and other equipment.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Bobcat Operator / Skid Steer Operator in construction projects.

* UAE construction-site experience is preferred.

* Valid UAE operator licence/certification for the required equipment, where applicable.

* Good understanding of construction-site safety procedures.

* Ability to operate the machine confidently in confined and busy areas.

* Basic knowledge of daily equipment inspection and maintenance.

* Physically fit and able to work on construction sites.

* Immediate availability is preferred.

Experience

* Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Bobcat Operator.

* Experience with a main contractor or major construction projects is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
