Responsibilities

• Operate Bobcat skid-steer loaders, blades, and other heavy equipment safely and effectively across various construction sites.
• Perform grading, leveling, backfilling, and site preparation tasks with precision using blades and skidsteer.
• Run equipment such as dozers, skidsteer and excavator to support excavation, septic, demolition and site development activities.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are maintained.
• Collaborate with team members to execute project plans efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures to maintain a secure work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating Bobcat skid-steer loaders, dozers, and other heavy equipment.
• Mechanical knowledge sufficient to perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on machinery.
• Strong understanding of construction processes including grading, excavation, and site preparation.
• Prior construction experience demonstrating familiarity with heavy machinery operation in a commercial setting.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
