What You’ll Do

• Configure and operate Bobst die-cutting presses to achieve top-tier quality.
• Continuously monitor run conditions, making precise adjustments for optimal throughput and accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to reduce downtime.
• Interpret job tickets, blueprints, and specs to ensure every detail is correct.
• Keep your station orderly and compliant with safety standards and company procedures.
• Partner with teammates to meet daily and weekly production targets.
• Record production metrics and promptly escalate any concerns to leadership.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing/manufacturing is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with die cutting equipment; Bobst experience strongly preferred.
• Mechanical savvy and strong troubleshooting capability.
• Ability to read and apply technical documents and blueprints.
• Sharp attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including overtime as needed.
