Duties

• Perform professional body piercings with meticulous attention to safety, hygiene, and client comfort
• Consult with clients to understand their desired piercings and provide expert advice on placement and aftercare
• Maintain a clean, sterile workspace by following strict sanitation protocols and sterilization procedures
• Manage appointment scheduling, walk-in consultations, and guest flow at the front desk to ensure smooth operations
• Promote additional services such as jewelry upgrades, aftercare products, or complementary treatments like eyelash extensions or makeup application
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and post-piercing care instructions
• Manage social media accounts to showcase your work, engage with followers, and attract new clients through compelling content

Requirements

• Proven experience as a professional body piercer with a strong portfolio of completed work
• Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and build trust with clients
• Knowledge of jewelry types, placement techniques, and aftercare practices
• Ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene
• Experience in management or team collaboration is a plus for supporting fellow staff members
• Skills in social media management to promote services and grow the client base
