Duties

• Perform body piercings with precision, maintaining the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and professionalism
• Consult with clients to understand their desired piercing styles and provide expert guidance on aftercare and jewelry options
• Maintain a clean and sterile workspace by following all health regulations and sterilization protocols
• Educate clients on piercing procedures, aftercare instructions, and potential risks to ensure informed decisions
• Upsell jewelry pieces, aftercare products, or complementary services such as eyelash extensions or makeup application to enhance client satisfaction
• Promote the studio’s services through social media management to attract new clients and build community engagement
• Provide excellent guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews

Skills

• Proven experience in body piercing with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating skill and artistry
• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures, aftercare, and safety measures to clients of diverse backgrounds
• Knowledge of social media for marketing purposes and client engagement
• Customer service expertise with a friendly, approachable demeanor that puts clients at ease
• Familiarity with front desk responsibilities including scheduling, payments, and client inquiries
• Ability to upsell products or services confidently while maintaining professionalism
