Job Description

O'Daniel Ford is seeking a reliable and hardworking part-time Body Shop Assistant to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and organization within the body shop, supporting daily operations, and performing miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain shop floors to ensure a safe and tidy work environment.
• Change paint booth filters regularly to maintain optimal booth performance.
• Assist with miscellaneous tasks and general upkeep of the body shop as assigned.
• Support the body shop team to help maintain efficient workflow.
• Wash and clean vehicles for delivery after repairs completed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks including sweeping, mopping, and lifting.
• Basic knowledge of paint booth operations and maintenance preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
