Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Relationship Executive to join our microfinance team. The role involves both field visits and office-based responsibilities, including customer relationship management, lead generation, and loan-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Generate leads and identify potential customers for microfinance products.
• Conduct field visits for customer acquisition and relationship management.
• Explain loan products, eligibility, and repayment terms to customers.
• Assist customers with the loan application and documentation process.
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and approvals.
• Follow up with customers regarding repayments and account-related matters.
• Maintain accurate customer records and daily activity reports.
• Achieve assigned monthly targets.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic service-related issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in microfinance, banking, NBFC, sales, or financial services.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable with field + office work.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of loan and financial products.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel locally for field visits.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
