Body Shop Supervisor

• Supervise daily body shop operations, including denting, painting, and accident repairs.
• Allocate jobs to technicians and monitor work progress.
• Ensure quality standards and timely completion of repair jobs.
• Coordinate with Body Shop Advisors, insurance surveyors, and spare parts teams.
• Monitor technician productivity, job efficiency, and workshop performance.
• Ensure proper usage of tools, equipment, and workshop materials.
• Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness, and discipline.
• Track pending vehicles and ensure timely delivery.
• Support customer satisfaction and resolve repair-related issues.

Eligibility:

• ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Experience in automobile body shop operations and team supervision preferred.
• Knowledge of denting, painting, vehicle damage assessment, and repair procedures.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
