The Role

We're looking for an entry-level or apprentice Body Technician to join our production team. You don't need years of experience — you need a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the discipline to follow process. You'll work directly alongside experienced techs, building real hands-on skill in collision repair while contributing to a shop that moves 4–5 cars a day.

What You'll Do

• Assist with vehicle teardown, disassembly, and prescan/post-scan prep
• Learn and perform basic body repair: panel replacement, alignment, filler work, and metal finishing under supervision
• Support reassembly after paint, including trim, hardware, and small parts
• Keep your workspace and shared tools clean and organized — a clean shop is a safe shop
• Follow shop production flow and stage handoffs so jobs move without unnecessary delay
• Attend the daily morning huddle and communicate progress, blockers, and parts needs clearly
• Take direction from lead techs and the GM, and work toward measurable skill milestones as you progress
• Handle tools and equipment safely and responsibly

What We're Looking For

• No prior collision repair experience required — this is a genuine apprentice-track role
• Mechanically inclined, with basic hand tool familiarity (personal, hobby, or prior job experience all count)
• Reliable attendance and punctuality — our daily schedule depends on it
• Coachable: takes feedback well and applies it
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a shop environment
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required

Schedule

• Shop hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (occasional Saturdays by arrangement)
• Daily production huddle at 8:15 AM
