Bodyshop Receptionist (Full-Time)

Hours: 08:30–17:00, Monday to Friday
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Holiday: 20 days + Public Bank Holidays

Pentraeth Group is looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Bodyshop Receptionist to join our team. The role

As Bodyshop Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping ensure every visit starts and ends with a great experience. You'll support the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area, keeping things organised, calm and efficient, even when it's busy.

What we're looking for

We'd love to hear from applicants who can demonstrate:

• Exceptional customer service and a warm, professional manner
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence handling enquiries and supporting a busy team
• A proactive, reliable approach and the ability to multitask

Previous motor industry experience is preferred, but not essential. If you've worked in a customer-facing reception role and take pride in being efficient, helpful and well-presented, we'd like to hear from you.
