As a BOH closer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks, including food preparation, dishes, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the establishment.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in our friendly, "Welcome to Moe's!" manner.
• Prepare and serve food items according to Moe's food safety standards.
• Collaborate and properly communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently both during peak and post rush hours.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to food handling and customer service.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices and procedures or willingness to learn.
• Time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills related to food service and kitchen operations.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including holidays if needed.

* Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required!
