Boiler First Class / Second Class Operator

Role & responsibilities

• Operate and monitor boiler systems safely and efficiently
• Maintain steam pressure, temperature, and water level as per standards
• Ensure proper start-up, shutdown, and emergency handling of boilers
• Maintain daily log books, checklists, and shift records
• Monitor fuel consumption and improve boiler efficiency
• Identify minor faults and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory norms, and pollution control requirements
• Support inspections by boiler inspectors and regulatory authorities
• Report breakdowns and take corrective actions promptly

Boiler First Class or Second Class Certificate (Government Approved) -
