Boiler Makers

We require experienced Boilermakers for our Kwinana workshop. We are offering top Pay rates & long term employment for successful applicants who can produce quality structural steel & platework.

This is a workshop position with immediate start. We do not provide site work. Applicants must reside in the Perth Metropolitan Area and surrounding districts.

Job Description

• Read and interpret detailed engineering and fabrication drawings
• Understand and work from welding symbols and specifications
• Fabricate platework including hoppers, chutes, tanks and associated components
• Fabricate structural steel including beams, frames and conveyor trusses
• Assemble completed fabricated components to required standards
• Work safely and efficiently within a team environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Trade qualification as a Boilermaker/ Fabricator
• Proven experience in structural steel and plate fabrication
• Ability to read and interpret detailed workshop drawings
• Strong understanding of welding symbols and fabrication processes
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
