Boiler Operator 1

Preference : Candidate from Rajasthan Preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor boilers to ensure safe and efficient steam generation for production lines.
• Perform routine inspections of boilers, valves, pumps, compressors, and related equipment.
• Maintain optimal boiler parameters including pressure, temperature, water levels, and fuel consumption.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to boiler operation and safety.
• Maintain accurate logs of boiler operations, fuel usage, breakdowns, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor water treatment systems to maintain correct chemical dosing and prevent scaling/corrosion.
• Respond promptly to alarms, abnormalities, or emergency situations.
• Support energysaving initiatives and contribute to overall plant efficiency.
• Follow GMP, safety protocols, and hygiene standards required in cosmetic manufacturing environments.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of boiler operation, steam systems, and utilities management.

• Handson experience with highpressure boilers in a manufacturing setup (preferably cosmetics, pharma, FMCG, or chemical industries).

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, gauges, and instrumentation.

• Good understanding of safety standards, statutory compliance, and emergency procedures.

• Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.

• Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure during peak production hours.

• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Valid 1st & 2nd Class Boiler Attendant Certificate from a recognized authority / Factory & Boiler Department.

• 510 years of experience in boiler operation in a manufacturing plant.

• Knowledge of GMP and safety protocols relevant to cosmetic production is an added advantage.
