Boiler Operator

Responsible for the safe and efficient operation, monitoring, and basic maintenance of the company's boiler system. Ensures proper boiler pressure, water level, temperature, fuel supply, and steam production while maintaining a safe and clean boiler room.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor boiler equipment and related systems.
• Check and maintain proper pressure, temperature, water level, fuel supply, and steam output.
• Conduct routine inspection and basic troubleshooting of boiler equipment.
• Perform blowdown and other routine boiler operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate boiler operation logs and reports.
• Immediately report equipment abnormalities, leaks, and unsafe conditions.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the boiler room.
• Follow company safety rules, SOPs, and emergency procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• College graduate preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field; or
• TESDA/Technical-Vocational graduate in a related course; or
• Senior High School graduate or College Undergraduate with at least 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Boiler Operator or in a related industrial operation.
• With relevant boiler operation training/certification is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in boiler operation, equipment monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
• Safety-conscious, responsible, and physically fit.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
