BOILER SHIFT SUPERVISOR

About the role

As the Boiler Shift Supervisor at Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation/Multiplast Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's boiler systems. This full-time position is based in Central Luzon, and you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the boiler room, maintaining optimal performance and compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of boiler room personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Monitor boiler performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal efficiency and output
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to protect employees and the environment
• Maintain detailed records of boiler operations, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a boiler supervisor in the industrial manufacturing or any related industries
• Thorough understanding of boiler systems, including their operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Strong leadership and communication abilities to effectively manage and motivate a team
• Proficient in interpreting and applying relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Relevant technical certifications or licenses, such as a boiler operator's license, are highly desirable
