About The Role Exclusive opportunity for a Boilermaker to join our team at our Oxley site.

Weekly Roster: 6am to 2.30pm (Mon-Thurs) -& 6am - 12pm (Friday) - $47.77 - $49.97ph

• Perform safe and effective maintenance and servicing of brick‑manufacturing equipment to meet production targets.
• Follow maintenance plans and weekly schedules to support plant reliability, availability and cost‑effective operation.
• Troubleshoot issues, apply trade skills, and contribute to continuous improvement and daily planning activities.
• Maintain accurate records and input required data into systems such as SAP; participate in risk assessments and toolbox talks.
• Work collaboratively with production teams and support operational and safety issue resolution.
• Uphold WHS&E responsibilities, maintain high housekeeping standards, and demonstrate accountability and strong communication.
• Maintain required competencies through ongoing training and assist in developing the skills of other maintenance team members.

What You Bring To The Role

• Proven experience as a qualified tradesperson (Boilermaker or similar maintenance trade).
• Hands‑on experience maintaining heavy industrial or manufacturing equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to follow maintenance plans, schedules, and structured work processes.
• Experience identifying hazards, applying safety controls, and working within WHS&E requirements.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with production, engineering or maintenance teams.
• Previous use of maintenance systems (e.g., SAP or similar) to record work and input data.
• Experience contributing to continuous improvement, problem‑solving, and equipment reliability activities.
