Boilermaker / Rigger – Site Based

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of fabrication, welding, rigging and installation duties on site. You will work as part of a professional team, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Boilermaking, fabrication and structural steel work
• Welding and general maintenance
• Rigging, lifting and positioning of equipment and materials
• Reading and interpreting drawings
• Installation and site-based repairs
• Working safely around heavy machinery and equipment
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Following site procedures, SWMS and safety requirements

About you

• Trade qualification as a Boilermaker/Welder or relevant experience
• Previous rigging and site experience
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety
• Ability to read drawings and work independently
• Current rigging tickets/licences highly regarded
• White Card
• Current driver's licence
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
