We are currently seeking Boilermakers and Welders to join our team on a full time basis. You will be based at our new Canning Vale location. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are either:

• Newly qualified tradespeople looking to kick-start their career, or
• Experienced candidates who have built a strong portfolio of skills over the years and are seeking a fresh opportunity with a collaborative and supportive team.

About the Role

As a Boilermaker/Welder with ACE, you will:

• Work alongside experienced tradespeople to deliver high-quality fabrication solutions.
• Contribute to a range of projects, from maintenance to fabrication and repair work.
• Be part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Gain exposure to diverse projects that will support your ongoing development.

Skills & Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans.
• Strong welding and fabrication skills (MIG, Flux core, Stick).
• Competence in using hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery.
• Knowledge of safe work practices and commitment to workplace safety.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Previous experience in a workshop or field environment..
