What they need
- Responsible for the COGEN & HRSG; Boilers & Thermal Oil Heater Operation; Water Treatment Plant Operation; Air Compressor & air drier Operation and Cooling Tower Operation.
- To operate & comply with the safety standard and regulations for boiler house operation
- To collect water sample to test and monitor water quality as per scheduled. To take necessary action if found any water quality issues.
- To trouble-shoot and highlight to superior immediately if found any abnormality on firing and other related problems on COGEN & HRSG; Steam boilers & Thermal Oil Heaters. Able to perform minor repair and service.
- To trouble–shoot DI & soft water plant water quality problem if found. And able to carry out minor valve replacement and minor repairs.
- To trouble-shoot air compressor & air drier breakdown problems and able to carry out minor service and repair.
- To trouble shoot cooling towers water quality problems.
Job Success Requirements
- Fresh graduate Diploma in Mechanical / any related is encouraged to apply (Boilerman Apprentice).
- Min SPM with credit in BM/ English; Mathematics and Science for fresh.
- Those SPM graduates without credits in BM/ English; Mathematics and Science, min 1 - 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Certificate / Diploma in Engineering / equivalent will be advantages
