What they need
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Boilerman or equivalent role in the oil palm or related industry
- Hold Boilerman certificate Grade 1.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of industrial boilers
- Proficient in interpreting boiler diagnostic data and troubleshooting complex issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
- Certified in relevant boiler operation and maintenance qualifications
- Fulfill Company Requirement.
