What they need
We are looking for an experienced, dedicated, and safety-conscious Boilerman Grade 2 to join our mill operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations: Safely operate, monitor, and regulate steam boilers, feed pumps, and water treatment systems to maintain required pressure and water levels.
- Compliance: Ensure all boiler operations strictly comply with DOSH (Department of Occupational Safety and Health / JKKP) regulations and statutory requirements.
- Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on boiler equipment and valves.
- Supervision: Oversee daily fuel handling (fibre and shell) and assist the Steam Engineer during statutory inspections and overhauls.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate daily logs of steam output, fuel consumption, water testing, and maintenance activities.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Certification: Must possess a valid Grade 2 Boilerman Certificate of Competency issued by DOSH (Malaysia).
- Experience: Min 5 years service as a 2nd Grade Boilerman in Palm Oil Mill.
Work Location: Pitas
Pay: RM2,800.00 per month
