Job Summary

Join our team as a Boilerman Grade 1 and play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of boiler systems to support our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for boiler operation, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and maintaining optimal equipment performance.

Job Description

• Operate and monitor gas-fired boilers and related equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on boiler systems.
• Monitor boiler pressure, water levels, fuel consumption, and chemical treatment to maintain optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety regulations, and company SOPs.
• Maintain accurate records of boiler operations, maintenance activities, and inspection logs.
• Assist in boiler start-up, shutdown, and emergency response procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the boiler plant area.
• Report equipment abnormalities and recommend corrective actions to minimise downtime.

Job Requirements

• Possess a valid Boilerman Grade 1 Certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in boiler operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of boiler operations, preventive maintenance, and safety regulations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in Pasir Gudang, Johor.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts when required.
