Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Bolt Torquing Technician to perform controlled bolting, torque tightening, loosening, and related flange activities using hydraulic or pneumatic torque equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform bolt torquing as per approved torque values and procedures.
• Operate hydraulic and pneumatic torque wrenches.
• Check bolt, nut, washer, and flange conditions before tightening.
• Follow specified torque sequence and tightening pattern.
• Carry out bolt loosening and controlled tightening activities.
• Assist in flange alignment and preparation when required.
• Inspect torque tools, sockets, hoses, pumps, and accessories before use.
• Record completed torque values when required.
• Coordinate with supervisor and QA/QC inspector during controlled bolting activities.
• Maintain torque tools in good working condition.
• Report damaged tools and unsafe conditions.
• Follow site safety procedures and permit requirements.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the work area.

Qualification & Requirements

• ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.
• Previous experience in bolt torquing or controlled bolting required.
• Good knowledge of hydraulic torque wrench systems.
• Ability to read torque charts and follow bolting procedures.
• Experience in flange joint tightening preferred.
• Refinery, petrochemical, shutdown, or industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Saudi Arabia/GCC experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ﷼3,500.00 - ﷼4,500.00 per month
