Bolton Home Health Aide

A.B.I. RESOURCES Direct Support Professionals needed for all shifts. Positions will provide support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a variety of programs.

Position requires hands-on care to assist clients with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, food preparation, transportation, and daily documentation.

Requirements

• One / Three years of healthcare experience.
• Valid Driver's License and Reliable transportation.
• Smart-Phone and Tablet Skills
• Background Check and Drug Testing Before Hire
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including at different sites and programs as needed.
• High School Diploma/GED

Experience helping people recovering from:

• Strokes
• Concussions,
• and or brain injury
• Within community settings

Team members support clients with:

• Safety
• Organization skills
• Medical and therapeutic rehab homework.
• Medication reminders
• Social entertainment
• Find meaningful employment
• Money management
• Social skills
