BOM Analyst

Revology Cars is hiring a BOM Analyst to manage accurate Bills of Material (BOMs) for our vehicle programs, from development through production. You’ll work across Engineering, Purchasing, Planning, Production, and Program Management to keep product configurations and engineering changes accurate and aligned.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Create and maintain prototype and production BOMs, including part numbers, quantities, revisions, and effectivity dates.
• Manage engineering changes and configuration control across vehicle models, options, and variants.
• Resolve BOM discrepancies affecting purchasing, material planning, scheduling, and vehicle assembly.
• Audit BOMs at production stations and reconcile engineering, ERP, inventory, and production records.
• Maintain configuration traceability and standardized BOM-management processes.
• Track BOM readiness, report status and risks, and support vehicle program milestones.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience managing multi-level BOMs with thousands of components.
• Familiarity with ERP, MRP, PLM, or similar product-data-management systems.
• Strong understanding of part numbering, revision control, engineering changes, and product configuration.
• Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify discrepancies across large data sets.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional coordination skills, with knowledge of processes that support repeatability and configuration control.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Three to five years in BOM management, configuration management, product data management, engineering change control, manufacturing planning, or a related function.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field; equivalent relevant professional experience will be considered.
• Experience with Infor SyteLine, Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE, or comparable systems.
• Automotive or related manufacturing experience; low-volume, high-mix experience is a plus.

PAY AND BENEFITS

• $61,500–$90,600 per year, depending on skills and experience.
