BOM & Material Administrator

Key Responsibilities & Job Scope

• Technical Drawing & Documentation: Prepare, review, and issue accurate 2D CAD parts drawings from engineering models and technical specifications.
• BOM Management: Construct and maintain structured Bills of Materials (BOM) accurately mapped to specific job orders.
• Procurement Support: Raise material purchase requisitions promptly to ensure all required components are available for production.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Production Planner and the Raw Material Warehouse to align material availability with manufacturing schedules.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in BOM management, design support, or manufacturing engineering.

• Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience navigating and managing data within Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms.

• Communication: Able to communicate with Chinese worker.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in preparing detailed 2D CAD drawings.
  • Highly skilled in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings, 3D CAD models, and technical part specifications.
