Job Mission:

To accurately create, verify, maintain, and release Product Data and Bill of Materials (BOM), ensuring timely availability of engineering information for production planning and manufacturing operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare, verify, and upload Fan BOMs to the Engineering Server.
• Ensure BOM accuracy and compliance with engineering standards.
• Review BOMs against engineering drawings and specifications.
• Identify and resolve BOM discrepancies, missing items, and revision-related issues.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, and Planning teams for BOM-related activities.
• Maintain engineering records and BOM revision history.
• Manage engineering documentation and product data.
• Ensure timely release of BOMs to support manufacturing schedules.
• Support continuous improvement in BOM and PDM processes.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) / Engineering BOM (EBOM)
• Understanding of Engineering Drawings and Technical Specifications
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Knowledge of ERP / PDM / PLM software
• Knowledge of BOM revision and engineering documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Experience:

Candidates with experience in BOM Preparation, Engineering Documentation, Product Data Management, Design Engineering, or related manufacturing functions will be preferred.
