Team Member – Açaí Bowls & Smoothies

Bomberry is a growing açaí bowl and smoothie shop in Walnut, CA. We’re looking for friendly, dependable, hardworking team members who care about great food, cleanliness, customer service, and being part of a strong team.

We move quickly, take pride in the quality of everything we serve, and want every customer who walks into Bomberry to have a great experience.

This is a hands-on restaurant position. Team members help with everything required to keep the shop running well; making food, helping customers, prepping ingredients, washing dishes, cleaning the restroom, restocking, and keeping the entire store clean and organized.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare açaí bowls, smoothies, fruit, toppings, and other menu items
• Take customer orders and operate the POS system
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines
• Prep fruit and ingredients
• Restock food, cups, utensils, toppings, and supplies throughout the shift
• Wash dishes, utensils, blender jars, containers, and food-prep equipment
• Clean and sanitize counters, sinks, equipment, workstations, and food-preparation areas
• Clean tables and maintain the dining area
• Clean and maintain the customer restroom throughout the shift
• Sweep and mop floors
• Take out trash and replace liners
• Complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties
• Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures
• Work efficiently during busy rushes
• Help teammates wherever needed

• Positive and professional when the store gets busy
• Comfortable washing dishes, cleaning bathrooms, taking out trash, and completing cleaning duties as part of the job

Previous food-service experience is required. We're looking for candidates who already understand the pace and expectations of working in a restaurant, café, quick-service restaurant, juice/smoothie shop, or similar environment. Training will be provided on Bomberry's specific recipes, systems, and standards.

Schedule

Part-Time

Approximately 16–24 hours per week, depending on availability and business needs.

Morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts may be available.

Pay

$*_18_ per hour + tips*
