Duties

• Evaluate client applications for bail bonds, ensuring all financial and legal documentation is complete and accurate
• Communicate effectively with clients, law enforcement agencies, and legal professionals to coordinate bond processes
• Analyze risk factors using industry knowledge of financial regulations and lending principles to determine bond eligibility
• Prepare and process bond paperwork using financial software and Microsoft Office tools, including Excel data analysis for reporting purposes
• Monitor client accounts for ongoing compliance with financial and legal standards throughout the bonding process
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions, client interactions, and legal documentation in accordance with bail bond regulatory compliance standards

Experience

• Proven experience in loan origination or financial services, preferably within the bail bond or related industries
• Strong background in loan officer responsibilities, including risk assessment, lending analysis, and client communication
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial sales techniques and customer service excellence in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) for data analysis and reporting tasks
• Experience leading or working within a team environment with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
