We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bonded Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our licensed zero-GST warehouse facilities. You will manage the secure, compliant, and efficient handling of dutiable alcohol products in strict adherence to Singapore Customs regulations and company safety standards

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Singapore Customs regulations for dutiable/bonded goods. Manage the documentation, permit reconciliation, and tax-suspended status of all alcohol inventory.
• Inventory Management: Oversee end-to-end warehousing activities—including inbound receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch. Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits.
• Alcohol Handling: Ensure fragile, high-value spirits and wines are stored at optimal conditions (e.g., proper temperature and humidity controls) and handled with care to prevent damage.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule daily operations for warehouse assistants. Allocate staff resources efficiently based on vessel/delivery schedules.
• Security & Safety: Monitor facility access, enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines, and maintain secure storage zones to prevent pilferage or damage. [

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse management or logistics.
• Industry Knowledge: Hands-on experience dealing with dutiable goods (alcohol/tobacco) and Singapore Customs Licensed Warehouse Schemes.
• System Skills: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, and organizational skills. Must be highly observant with a keen eye for detail.
