Bonded Zone Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform the Incoming-Outgoing Goods/Materials by ensuring all procedures follow the bonded zone regulation. Support the data of Bonded Zone activities for regular report to the Government
• Input data of incoming and outgoing goods/materials to Customs System
• Prepare Customs documents, shipping instructions and other documents and input into the system.
• Prepare PPBKB documents and input into the system for inter-warehouse material transfers, export, import and/or domestic sales/incoming goods
• Ensure that all material loading and unloading activities during transfers in Cilegon are properly approved by the relevant customs authorities.
• Visit customs (hanggar) officer at Cilegon area to request signature on all documents
• Coordinate with relevant departments to conduct annual stock-taking and customs audit activities.
• Accompany the Customs (Hanggar) Officer to open seals and inspect goods. If the officer is unable to come to Cilegon, carry out the seal opening and good inspection via video call as instructed by the Hanggar Officer and applicable custom procedures.

Requirements:

• Preferably a degree from diploma/Senior High School with at least 1 year of relevant experience in legal areas of bonded zone processes and export-import activities.
• Familiar in SAP especially for bonded zone procedures
• Computer literature is required, and familiar with IT Inventory
• Knowledge in export-import procedures
• Able to communicate well with internal departments and customs (Hanggar) officers
