What they need
Looking for experienced pork bones to join our team
Early starts 3am finish 11.30 - 12 noon
Plenty of work available Monday to Friday with optional Saturday
Must be Physically fit and have excellent knife skills to get maximum yield
Also looking for trainee boners who must possess good attitude.
We are willing to teach the skills that would ensure lifelong guaranteed employment within the meat industry.
These positions as trainee bones would suit a butcher that wants to take the next step to boning or an apprentice with knife handling experience.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
