Job Title: Bookkeeper

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to manage our company’s day-to-day financial tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all accounts are balanced.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist in preparing documents for audits and tax filings.
• Ensure confidentiality of financial information at all times.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and Philippine tax regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Work Schedule: Full-time, office-based (Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm)
Location: Project 4, Quezon City
