Book keeper

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to join our team. In this vital role, you will manage the day-to-day financial record-keeping processes, ensuring accuracy!

Duties

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks Online and desktop
• Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliation to ensure consistency across all accounts
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently and accurately
• Prepare journal entries, including debits & credits, to reflect financial activities in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
• Assist with payroll processing
• Conduct account analysis and balance sheet reconciliation to verify the integrity of financial data

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role, with a strong understanding especially Quick book
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks
• Solid knowledge of financial concepts including account reconciliation, journal entries, bank reconciliation, and account analysis
• .

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
