Book Production Coordinator

The Anstadt Company is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and hands-on Book Production Coordinator to join our production team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with machinery, takes pride in quality work, and wants to be part of a fast-paced production environment. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible setting up, operating and maintaining advanced machinery. You rexpertise will be vital in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our production operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and prioritize daily workflow.
• Coordinate job specficiations, materials and changeovers.
• Monitor work in progress at each state.
• Maintain accruate production records.
• Follow job tickets and production instructions carefully.
• Inspect output at each production stage.
• Enforce standard operating procedures.
• Lead, train and mofivate team.
• Perform troubleshooting.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain equipment and report mechanical or operational issues.
• Work cooperatively with other members of the production team to meet deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
