Position Overview: As a Bookkeeper at CSN Collision, you will be responsible for managing financial records and ensuring that the financial operations of the company run smoothly. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial data, processing transactions, and providing support for the overall accounting function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
• Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct daybook, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing
• Perform reconciliation of bank statements, verifying and resolving discrepancies
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
• Maintain accurate filing systems for financial documents and records
• Prepare payroll and manage employee expense reports
• Support during audits by providing necessary documentation and insights
• Stay updated on financial regulations and best practices in bookkeeping

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office, especially Excel
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Post-secondary education in Accounting or a related field is preferred
